About This GigI remotely co-host and manage Airbnb's and other online travel agencies  in different countries on the world!  I will use all my knowledge and  to turn your  listing very productive.

BASIC PACKAGE 

• Set up a listing

• Micro analyse and consultation of new or existing listing (pricing , content , photos , amenities ) to make your listing visible for Guests 

• I will review your listing once week for 3 months to make sure its working well 

Management 

• Answering Vacation Rental Inquiries from guests -

 Day before Arrival and Pre- Check out messages -

• Creating Templates on different platforms for pre-recorded response for generic inquiries 

Analyse the market demand for future months 

• Set up dynamic pricing strategies 

• Manage prices and availability 

Online Distribution listing and Management : 

I can offer listing to other online platforms B2C and B2B as well 

NB: For basic package is with the mentioned amount , Management option + Online distribution Management its with % (between 10 to 15 % on total monthly production )
