:TL:DR - Ok service, but Unlikely to hire again. All citations were delivered. They provided just over 40 directory citations, but some were low quality with an Ahrefs Domain Rating of 0. They did not claim a Yelp listing as described. Instead, they created a Yelp user profile. They were quick to respond to my messages, but when they sent me the deliverable, I was only given the map citations in a PDF form. I asked for a CSV which included all citations including the directory citations, but they sent me a CSV file without the directory citations. I asked a third time and they finally provided me with a CSV including all directory citations.
