Asking questions to better understand what I was buying, seemed to be very difficult to get answers to. One question, regarding the user email she used, took me about five hours to finally receive any word as to why it was not the email she requested. Many times she would ask me to "repeat the question", which I also do not understand because it is within the thread., I would even help out with the language barrier, by asking in different ways. I still had some questions in the end which never got answered. I would have given 5 stars, if not for the hours wasted on asking the same question.
