If you're not on Google you're not in business! More people use Google to search for a service or business than any other search engine. I have been doing simple websites that I help rank locally by creating GMB accounts and fully optimizing them. I also fully optimize my websites so that all of my work is in sync with each other. I will claim or create a Yelp account, this helps with SEO and rankings. Once you are live on Google you need to make a decision to beat the competition or stay on page two and lower. If you want to be on top of searches you need to have some serious SEO work done. You can find some good help here on Fiverr but it can be hard to decide what it is you need done if you don't have any experience.
